- 13:25 Plane is too heavy for icy/snowy conditions. Takes an hour to fix. Now, plane is too heavy for these current conditions. So it keeps going.
- 17:13 Southwest switched me to "better and quicker" flights. Those flights made their destinations. I’m in Baltimore and six hours late. Gah!
